Associations: Member of Peruvian and numerous International Associations related to Protection of Industrial Property, Trademark and Licensing. Member of Inter-American Bar Association and Asia Pacific Lawyers Association.

Areas of high potential for developing relations with Estonia: Estonia and Peru collaboration is rather weak with only 1 million dollars of export and import. Hopefully the ratification of the Free Trade Agreement between Peru and the EU will improve that situation. There are several sectors that may be of interest to Estonia but I will be able to determine that more specifically after the visit to Estonia this summer for the Honorary Consuls Meeting.

Vision: Together with some other Consuls, we have developed the Peruvian-Baltic Chamber of Commerce which will become very helpful in preparing Estonia in entering the commercial and business sphere here in Peru.

Books and Magazines published: "Study of the trademark and its registration in Peru" 300 pages, Lima, 1972 and numerous brochures on Industrial property, Tax Law and Patent Law as well as numerous newspaper publications.
